Coat hot press watercolor paper with water. The water should glisten, but should not form a "dome." Paint the wet paper with diluted Key Lime, Teal Zircon, Sea Glass and Majestic Blue Twinkling H20's. The paint should be very diluted to create a soft wash of color. Dry the painted paper. Stamp Flurry of Birds on the dried paper with Graphite Black. Trim the watercolor paper and mat it with Robins Egg Cardstock. Attach it to a Soiree Quartz A2 Notecard. Add glitter glue near the bottom edge of the watercolor paper. Allow the glue to dry thoroughly.
